One thing I am realizing is that when the going gets tough, I start eating badly. This past weekend Kristy and I spent the entire day Saturday and part of Sunday working. I brought home several work projects and Kristy had her usual pile up of exhibit designs to work on.
Neither one of us had time to do anything, even cook. That being said, we ended up ordering Pizza out. I know I know, it takes effort, but in our defense we were both at our wits end and overwhelmed. What I see we are going to have to do is make some meals ahead of time that we can freeze so the next time this happens, and it will happen again, we will be better prepared.
